Before founding Mirante Fund Management SA in 2003, Mr Mirante was head of convertible bonds at Lehman Brothers in Zurich. He started his career as a convertible bond and derivatives specialist at UBS in Geneva after graduating from the University of Lausanne in 1992. In 1996, he joined the convertible bonds department at Morgan Stanley in London.

Frank Crittin has over 13 years of experience in the fund management industry with a particular focus on multi-asset investment strategies and thematic approaches.
Prior to joining MFM Mirante Fund Management, he managed the IFP Global Environment fund, a multi-asset thematic fund in the environmental theme for almost five years. He also managed the Lombard Odier's Cleantech fund, a clean technology equity fund.
Frank Crittin holds a doctorate in mathematics from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne.
Before joining MFM Mirante Fund Management in 2016, Michel worked for ten years at Pictet Group. At the Pictet Trading and Sales unit, he assumed the positions of risk controller, senior financial engineer and head of the financial engineering and risk analytics team. In 2015, he joined Pictet Asset Management as senior financial engineer and overlay manager.
Michel started his professional career as graduate assistant and then as lecturer at the University of Fribourg. After that, he joined the team in charge of the investment risk analysis at Banca del Gottardo (Lugano).
He holds a Master’s degree in management (financial management) from the University of Fribourg and a Ph. D. in business administration (DRE finance) from the Laval University (Canada).
Jean-Marc joined MFM Wealth beginning of 2019 as the director and partner of the company.
He has a strong experience in the banking field acquired over the last eleven years in a private local bank. After setting up the marketing department and educating himself in the field of wealth management, he reinforced his experience as a wealth manager by developing a large portfolio of clients and became the head of the Swiss market management team of this institution.
Previously, Jean-Marc worked for several years within the Ferrari and Maserati group in various positions. As the head of marketing & press and member of the board of directors of Maserati Switzerland, he repositioned the brand in the Swiss market.
After graduating as an engineer, Jean-Marc used his technical skills and human qualities to support a Swiss development aid project at a polytechnic school based in Indonesia.
He holds a federal diploma as an expert in finance and investment which is internationally the CIWM (Certified International Wealth Manager). He is also a member of the Swiss Financial Analysts Association (SFAA) and of the Organisme d'Autorégulation des Gérants de Patrimoine (OAR-G).
Serge Fournier has more than ten years of experience in fixed income. Before joining MFM Mirante Fund Management SA in 2017, he has launched and managed the IFP Global Emerging Market Bonds Fund for 7 years. Prior to that, Mr. Fournier has worked as Fixed Income trader for Dexia-Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, where he started its career in 2004. He obtained a Master from the University Lumière Lyon 2 in international finance.

Executive Director
Gregory Maeder and Giuseppe Mirante have created MFM Wealth Management SA in 2016.
Since 2019, Gregory has joined MFM Mirante Fund Management as Senior Relationship Manager. With an experience of 24 years in the Swiss private banking sector, he acquired solid knowledge and responsibilities across a variety of banking positions in all major aspects of the private banking business, including wealth management, investment banking, advisory, credit risk and relationship for banking institutions.
He is holder of a business school certificate and has been involved in a program covering the quantitative portfolio management, University of Geneva.
Before joining MFM Mirante Fund Management SA, Roland Kesselring worked for Aganola as a relationship manager between 2009 and 2015. He started his career in the Trading and Relationship Management Departments at Volksbank in 1982. During that time he acquired a detailed understanding of the share and bond markets. Roland has been following trends in the convertible bond markets for more than 20 years.
Damian has over 20 years experience in convertible bonds and over 24 years in financial markets on the sell side in Zurich, London, and Hong Kong. Before joining MFM Mirante Fund Management SA in 2021 he served as head of APAC convertible bonds and flow credit sales at Credit Suisse in Hong Kong. He was a member of the Asia convertible bonds underwriting committee. Damian is a Swiss certified banking specialists and holds a postgraduate diploma in Investment Management from HKU Space. In 2021 he obtained the CFA certificate in ESG investing.
Jean-Marie has over 23 years’ experience in asset management and investment banking in Geneva Paris and London. Prior joining MFM, Jean-Marie headed the development and service of the Long Only Funds Advisory for Pictet Wealth Management. Previously Jean-Marie worked as Senior Fund Specialist and Deputy of the Global Head of Fund Selection at HSBC Private Bank. Prior to this, Jean-Marie served as Head of Long-Only Multimanagement at Natixis Asset management in Paris. He assumed this post in 2006 having worked as Portfolio manager and Fund Analysts upon joining the French group in 2003.
Jean-Marie earned a Master in Finance and Banking from ESCP Europe (French business school in Paris). He is a member of the Société Française des Analystes Financiers (SFAF) and the CIIA. He is fluent in French and English.
Before joining MFM Mirante Fund Management in 2019, Sylvain held a similar role for 5 years at GAM Investments (London). He started his career in 2001 as a performance and risk analyst at BNP Paribas in Paris. Sylvain also worked as the head of risk management for 3 years at Jabre Capital Partners in Geneva.
He owns a DEA specialized in financial engineering from the Sorbonne University, Paris and an engineering diploma specialized in computing science from ESIEA school, Paris.
Before joining MFM Mirante Fund Management at the end of 2021 as a Quantitative Analyst, Giordano worked for 3 years for high-tech start-ups as a Product Owner and Data Scientist. He was involved in several projects around Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Software Development.
Giordano holds a Master’s degree in Mathematical Engineering with a minor in Applied statistics from Politecnico di Milano where he graduated in 2017
Sebastien has about 20 years of experience in asset management for Swiss and international clients. He joined MFM Wealth in September 2018 to ensure the role of Senior Wealth Manager.
He started his career at UBS (Lausanne) where he became familiar with the various banking activities during 4 years. Afterwards, he joined the Migros Bank where he participated in setting up of the private banking service for the canton of Vaud. In 2007, he joined a local private bank where his experience as an asset manager enabled him to develop a large portfolio of clients.
Throughout his professional career, he has also developed advanced skills in mortgage financing as well as in pension planning.
He holds a federal banking licence and is also a member of the Organisme d'Autorégulation des Gérants de Patrimoine (OAR-G).
With fifteen years of experience in wealth management, François joined MFM Wealth Management in October 2018.
After studying economics at the University of Neuchâtel, he started his career in 2005 at Crédit Suisse, first in Neuchâtel, then at Zürich Paradeplatz at Private Banking Western Europe where he was in charge of advising French clients for 7 years (HNWI Desk France).
With strong skills and perfectly bilingual, he returns to the French-speaking part of Switzerland in 2013 to handle a large portfolio of clients within Crédit Suisse Montreux (HNWI Clients Switzerland).
In 2014, François joins a private bank in Lausanne as a wealth advisor for the acquisition of new clients.
François holds a licence and also the Swiss Bankers Association (SBA) Certification which he obtained in 2007. He is a member of the Organisme d'Autorégulation des Gérants de Patrimoine (OAR-G).
Paula has more than ten years of experience in asset management. She joined MFM Wealth Management in August 2018.
After obtaining her maturity in economics, Paula started her career in 2009 at Banque Cantonale Vaudoise as a department and management assistant for key clients. Then she joined the Cramer & Cie private bank in 2014 as an executive and private banking assistant. In this position, she was involved in the management of a large portfolio of clients and the coordination of key operational projects. Paula is also the company's marketing representative.
With her many skills in wealth management, marketing, event organisation and sponsoring, she joined in 2007 a private bank in Lausanne where she held the same functions as previously.
Paula holds a degree in Wealth Management from the Institut Supérieur de Formation Bancaire and a SAWI diploma in Marketing and Communication. She is a member of the Organisme d'Autorégulation des Gérants de Patrimoine (OAR-G) and also responsible AML (Alert Money Laundering) for MFM Wealth Management.

Frank Paulet is currently employed by Mirante Fund Management S.A. as an internal control officer. Before joining Mirante Fund Management SA in 2014, Frank gained 8-years of professional experience at CM Management (Switzerland) SA, AAM Privatbank AG (taken over by BKB Privatbank AG) as well as at the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland (OAG).
His last position was as economic and financial analyst in the context of Federal criminal investigations and prosecutions related to money laundering.
Eric Degeorges works in internal control and monitors risk and compliance at Mirante Fund Management S.A. Before joining MFM in July 2015, he gained over 15 years experiences in this area. After working for the brokerage and portfolio management company Fideuram Wargny in Paris and Asset Management and SICAV AAM in Luxembourg, he came to Switzerland in 2008 and worked in an asset management company that also managed funds in Luxembourg.
Mr Patrick Gigon has worked 35 years in the banking sector. He worked 35 years with Credit Suisse in Lausanne, Zurich and New-York. He joined then for five years Bank of America, where he was a managing director of the discretionary wealth management department; he was a member of the Direction Committee of the group in Switzerland, and the Vice-President of the International Placement Committee of the Bank. In 1988, he becomes the Managing Director of the Bank in Liechstenstein, in charge of the development of the branch and member of the Direction Committee for Switzerland. In 1992, he takes over the Direction of Banque Franck Galland & Cie, as CEO and President of the General Direction.
In 2011, he is the President of the Merger Committee of the banks Franck Galland and Piguet, and becomes Board Member of the merged entity Piguet Galland et Cie SA, Banque Cantonale Vaudoise Group. Since 2011, Mr. Patrick Gigon has been and is an independent Board Member of several banking and financial companies. He also is involved in two philanthropic mandates.
After his admission to the Bar in 2013, Mr. Olivier Thevoz joined the law firm Heim Paschoud Thévoz Weniger as a partner with a view to developing its commercial, financial and tax division. In 2014, he founded the company T&CO London LTD in London, followed by the law firm T&CO SA, avocats.
Swiss federal diploma as a certified fiduciary expert (diplôme fédéral d’expert fiduciaire), Mr. Olivier Thevoz worked several years a partner and manager at the company GGC Groupe Gestion Conseil SA and manage the Morges branch of the accounting and tax consultancy service provider Fidexaudit SA.
After a training at "Ecole des HEC" of the University of Lausanne and a degree in political economy, Mr. François Puricelli started a career of more than 40 years within the Patronal Center and more particularly the social institutions affiliated to it. In 2003, he joined the management as Head of Finance, Organisation and Social Institutions.
His expertise in the field of mandatory occupational pension provision spans more than 40 years. He was in charge of the direct asset management for 5 pension funds by presiding an internal investment committee empowered to take all investment decisions.
He has thus been able to favour a long-term vision, with a reasoned and mitigated risk-taking by asset diversification.
Active in many industry associations, Mr. Puricelli is familiar with the challenges of institutional asset management and is pleased to bring his skills and experience as an investor to the Board of Directors.
Laetitia joined MFM Mirante Fund Management in November 2021 as Marketing & Communication Manager.
Laetitia holds a Master’s degree in Social Science. She has over 10 years experience in project management and in communication within private, educational or cultural organizations.
She lived 7 years in the United States where she worked as a Community Outreach Coordinator for the Lycée International of Los Angeles and as an independent consultant in communication.
